J. Carlos Ley, Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Ley has extensive experience in trade relations with countries and business entities throughout Central and South America, as well as the Caribbean.  He has worked for and with many multi-national corporations in the capacities of both senior executive and consultant. Prior to joining Xynergy Holdings, Inc., Mr. Ley worked for Siman Group, which has interests in Central America and the United States. 

He has forged strong relationships with Latin American business people, government agencies, and businesses through the effective development and execution of trade specific commercialization opportunities between North American businesses and businesses in Central and South America.

Mr. Ley is a graduate of Cornell University.
